If you don’t have a local GP then you can enrol with Nelson Family Medicine today. We are able to take on new patients and enrolments for all those not already registered with a local Doctor.

You’ll find the PDF has all the forms necessary for you to complete our registration process and become a patient, it also contains helpful and relevant information regarding this process.
