Kia Ora, my name is Helena and I’m your HIP at Nelson Family Medicine. A HIP works alongside your GP and practice staff to help with all health problems and stress.
Appointments are free for all ages, 20-30 min long, and you can book directly with the admin team. Book a FREE appointment with me today.

Lou Firth
Kia ora! I have a diverse background in health and hold a Bachelor in Sports and Remedial Massage, and more recently a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Health Sciences (Wellness and Rehabilitation). I am also qualified in and work as a group fitness instructor. It brings me great joy connecting with tangata whaiora and supporting them on their health and wellness journey. Outside of work I enjoy the therapeutic value of time spent in nature, growing food to eat, lifting weights, and spending time with my partner and young daughter.
